Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund.
14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Condition of returns
Items should be returned complete with all tools, batteries, chargers and accessories. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is needed to inspect them.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid.
